Asterique Group

One operator. Three layers. A single accountability line.

Asterique holds the physical movement of goods, the metallurgy that decides what a part is made of, and the software that runs the gate, the invoice and the dispatch. Institutions buy all three because the problem never lives in one layer.

What the group is

Asterique Group is headquartered in Mumbai and reports through 140+ branches in India. The group serves lanes into 180+ countries. It is organised as three divisions — Logistics & Industrial Services, Materials & Deep-Tech, and Applied AI & Automation — and publishes a public index of 36 capabilities.

Most vendors sell one layer. A late shipment is rarely only a trucking problem. It is an unscheduled dock, an unaudited invoice, a wrong alloy, a forecast nobody could query. Four vendors produce four versions of the truth. Asterique writes one record set.

The problem never lives in one layer. The contract should not either.

01 · Physical

Logistics

Six million sq ft, 1,800+ GPS vehicles, 140+ branches. Cold chain to −80 °C. The Trucking Cube. Exim off JNPA, Chennai, Kochi and Visakhapatnam.

02 · Material

Materials

The Pune laboratory: new alloys, characterisation, battery and biomaterials, additive lines and hydrogen hardware. ISO 9001 on the bench.

03 · Digital

Applied AI

Bengaluru writes AutoGate, Fleet AI, Vendor Payable, twins and AskDB — on the warehouse, the fleet and the lab record. SOC 2 Type II. ISO 27001.

Who writes

Manufacturers, pharma and biologics operators, food and perishables brands, project and plant owners, and any buyer who is tired of stacking vendors. The brief is a lane, a spec, or a process. That is enough.

How an engagement runs

  1. Assess

Requirements, constraints and the metrics the work is judged on. Lane, spec or process — named in the first note.

  2. Design

Workflows, integrations and controls against those metrics. The owning division drafts; the other two sit on the same record.

  3. Deliver

Mobilise, instrument and hand over with records from day one. Mumbai, Pune or Bengaluru — whichever desk owns it.

  4. Operate

The same team that designed it monitors, audits and improves it. No second vendor for the dock, the invoice or the test.

Assurance

Regulated work needs records, not slogans. Logistics operations and materials laboratories are held to ISO 9001. The fleet is road-safety certified. The AI platform is engineered against SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, with GDPR-grade retention and deletion as the default posture.

What you send

A named problem.

Origin and destination, a temperature floor, an alloy or a test protocol, a gate or a billing file. Company, work email, the constraint that is already hurting.

What you get

An owning desk.

A reply within one working day from the division that owns it. The two that make it better are copied where they belong. One commercial inbox: hello@asterique.in.

Questions

Is Asterique a logistics company or an AI company?

Both, and a materials laboratory. The group is one operator. Logistics is the largest physical footprint; applied AI instruments that footprint; materials R&D sits beside both when the part itself is the problem.

Where does Asterique operate?

The operating backbone is India — Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai and 10 other hubs — with freight and project work into 180+ countries. See the network.

How do I start an engagement?

Write to hello@asterique.in with the lane, the material or the process. The owning division replies, and the two that make it better are copied where they belong.
