Division 01 · 12 capabilities

Logistics & Industrial Services

India's mover, recast for industry. Warehousing, cold chain, 3PL, over-dimensional cargo, multimodal freight and the patented Trucking Cube — 140+ branches, 1,800+ GPS-tracked vehicles, six million square feet.

Who this division is for

Manufacturers, pharma, food, project owners and brands that need a single logistics operator in India — not a broker stacking vendors. If the lane is Pune to Hyderabad, or a container off Nhava Sheva, or a −80 °C biologic, this is the owning division.

A warehouse without a record is a shed. A shipment without a dock plan is a queue.

How a lane is scoped

  1. Name it

Origin, destination, commodity, temperature floor and the date it has to move. That is the first note.

  2. Mode

Road, rail, sea or air — or a stitch of all four on one invoice. The control tower holds the exception.

  3. Instrument

AutoGate on the dock if the site is ours. Vendor Payable on the freight bill. GPS on the 1,800+ vehicle fleet.

  4. Run

The destination hub takes the same record. No second contract to clear JNPA, then warehouse in NCR.

What you send

The constraint.

Lane, volume, temperature, whether the cargo is over-dimensional, and whether it is already at a port. A packing list is useful. A slogan is not.

What you get

One operator.

A scoped lane on the India backbone — 16 hubs, 140+ branches — with the option to land AutoGate, AskDB and a payable audit on the same engagement.

A broker stack

Vendors, then silence.

  • A transporter, a warehouse, a CHA and a software login — four commercial files.
  • The dock does not see the invoice. The invoice does not see the logger.
  • When the lane breaks, nobody owns the exception.
This division

One lane. One record.

  • Warehousing, freight, exim and the tower on the same contract.
  • Cold-chain floors published: ambient, +2 to +8 °C, −18 °C, −80 °C.
  • AutoGate and Vendor Payable can arrive with the site — not after a second RFP.

Where the lane usually starts

Manufacturing

Inbound, store, dispatch.

The slip
Unscheduled docks, inventory that cannot be queried, freight bills that do not match the activity.
The file
Warehousing, 3PL, control tower — AutoGate and AskDB if the brief asks.
Pharma & food

The temperature floor.

The slip
A broken logger, a corridor that was “usually fine”, an invoice with no temperature file.
The file
Cold chain to −80 °C on designated corridors; Hyderabad pharma; Kochi perishables.
Project & plant

ODC, then the warehouse.

The slip
A heavy move sequenced by one vendor, a warehouse stood up by another, no one at the receiving dock.
The file
ODC, project logistics and the 3PL that will still be there after the crane leaves.
Exim

Port, then inland.

The slip
A CHA at JNPA, a different operator in NCR, a third invoice for the rail leg.
The file
Mumbai, Chennai, Kochi, Visakhapatnam — then the destination hub on the same contract.

Scale

Capability index

01.01Warehousing & Distribution

Inbound control, inventory accuracy and regional distribution from a warehouse operating system — not a shed with a lock. Sites can arrive pre-instrumented with AutoGate dock control. Bhiwandi, the NCR belt and the south-India manufacturing ring are the usual first placements; the same record then extends to the destination hub.

01.02Cold Chain & Temperature-Controlled Logistics

Unbroken temperature integrity for food, pharma and perishables. Published floors: ambient, +2 to +8 °C, −18 °C, and an ultra-cold floor to −80 °C on designated corridors — Hyderabad pharma is one; Kochi perishables is another. The logger and the invoice sit on the same file.

01.03Third-Party Logistics (3PL) & Order Fulfilment

Outsourced warehousing and fulfilment that scales with demand, on the same record set as freight and billing. A brand can hand over inbound, pick, pack and the last mile without standing up a second operator for the invoice audit.

01.04Supply Chain Management & Control Tower

Design and orchestration from source to shelf, with a live view of hubs, lanes and exceptions. Mumbai holds the national tower; the other 15 hubs report to the same board. AskDB can sit on that inventory if the brief asks for it.

01.05Over-Dimensional Cargo (ODC) Transport

Oversized and overweight movement, sequenced and permitted, for plants and project cargo. Delhi NCR and Visakhapatnam are the usual gates; escorts, windows and the receiving dock are planned as one job, not three vendors.

01.06Multimodal Freight — Road · Rail · Sea · Air

The right mode for every lane, stitched into one shipment and one invoice. A container off JNPA can become a rail move to NCR and a road delivery into Jaipur without a second commercial file.

01.07Exim Cargo & Customs Clearing

Import and export movement with paperwork handled at port cities including Mumbai, Chennai, Kochi and Visakhapatnam. The Mumbai desk owns JNPA and west-coast air cargo; destination hubs take the inland leg on the same contract.

01.08Project & Heavy Industrial Logistics

Sequenced delivery for factories, plants and infrastructure — the same team that will later run the warehouse. Plant owners can brief a heavy move and a 3PL handover as one engagement.

01.09Parcel & Express Distribution

Nationwide parcel movement with end-to-end tracking on the India backbone. Delhi NCR is the northern express gate; the 140+ branch network carries the last mile.

01.10The Trucking Cube — Containerised Door-to-Door

A dedicated, lockable container that moves goods with zero transhipment. Use it when the cargo cannot survive a break-bulk or a second handler between origin dock and destination dock.

01.11Engineered Fleet & Smart Packaging

Purpose-built vehicles and protective packaging that lift load efficiency and safety. The same desk that designs the crate can put it on a GPS-tracked vehicle from the 1,800+ fleet.

01.12Green Logistics, Telematics & Assurance

A tracked, insured and increasingly electric fleet. 1,800+ vehicles report GPS. ISO 9001 on the operation; road-safety certified fleet discipline. Fleet Management AI from Bengaluru can sit on the same telematics.

How AI sits underneath

Warehousing engagements can arrive with AutoGate on the dock. Freight invoices can be audited by Vendor Payable before payment. Inventory questions can be asked in language through AskDB. That is the point of one group.

Do you operate cold chain to −80 °C?

Yes, on designated corridors. The published floors are ambient, +2 to +8 °C, −18 °C and −80 °C. Hyderabad pharma is one ultra-cold corridor; Kochi handles perishables.

Can one contract cover port clearance and inland warehousing?

Yes. Exim is a named capability. Mumbai owns JNPA; Chennai, Kochi and Visakhapatnam are the other published port desks. The destination hub takes the inland leg.

Is the Trucking Cube a separate operator?

No. It is capability 01.10 inside this division — a lockable container, door to door, with zero transhipment, on the same commercial file.
